October at Spiralmore has been a month rich in reflection, connection, and relational care. Across the weeks, we’ve explored how to navigate life, work, and emotion with intention through kindness, awareness, and small, practical acts of care.
We’re so grateful to everyone who’s been part of the journey, reading, sharing, and bringing your own stories and reflections. Your engagement turns Spiralmore from a blog into what it truly is: a living, breathing community.
We closed with “Soft Power as a Relational Design Principle,” exploring how influence and care can coexist. True strength, we reflected, often shows up not as control, but as quiet consistency and trust. Which built on “Compassionate Interruption” showing how pausing, listening, and stepping in with care can open space for understanding. Small, intentional moments like these can reshape conversations and relationships.
In “Explore Personal Growth with Tailored Reflection Tools,” we turned inward, offering guided journaling and reflection exercises for those seeking clarity in thought and emotion. The responses were inspiring, reminding us that self-awareness grows through steady practice.
Mid-month, “Midweek Survival and Co-Regulation” and “Relational Care in Digital Spaces” focused on balancing emotional, interpersonal, and digital. Both highlighted that care doesn’t always need grand gestures; it’s built in small check-ins, shared pauses, and inclusive communication.
We also shared “Unlock Your Potential with Gwenin’s Creative Tools,” connecting creativity and care through structured reflection. Creativity, as we explored, isn’t separate from wellbeing it’s part of it.
Several posts this month explored emotional transitions and endings from “Designing for Emotional Exit” and “The Legacy of Feeling That Was Never Made Coherent,” to “Spiral X: The Ceremony of Small Goodbyes.” Each looked at how we can acknowledge change with grace, integrate our experiences, and move forward intentionally.
Finally, we reflected on community and everyday care through “Counselling Is Not a Crisis Response, but a Kindness” and “Difficult Conversations Are a Kind of Devotion.” Both reminded us that showing up for one another, even in discomfort, is a form of love and respect.
Looking Ahead to November
As we move into November, we’ll be deepening these themes of ritual, reflection, and connection. You can look forward to:
- Spiral XI: The Ceremony of Staying Too Long – exploring when to hold on, and when to let go.
- Spiral XII: The Ceremony of Unsent Messages – reflecting on what remains unspoken and how silence can carry meaning.
- New reflection tools and relational care practices – for deepening personal growth and community connection.
- 100 Spirals – A moment to pause, reflect, and expand…
A Note of Thanks
October reminded us that care is not a luxury; it’s a daily practice. Thank you to everyone who contributed, commented, or shared your story. Together, we’re weaving a space where reflection, emotional intelligence, and connection can thrive.
Here’s to a November filled with intention, small rituals, and gentle growth and to continuing this journey of care, clarity, and connection together.
