Motion itself is a spiral. Every step, wave, breath, and heartbeat traces a path that curls, loops, and returns. Even when movement seems linear, it folds and twists in ways that connect the past, present, and future.
I watch a flock of birds spiralling in the sky. Their paths curve and twist, returning to loops that guide the group, forming patterns both fluid and precise. The spiral of motion is everywhere, in nature, in life, and in the world around us.
Rivers bend, winds twist, galaxies spin. Even human gestures follow arcs and curves, linking intention, action, and effect. Motion carries energy forward while returning it, creating patterns that ripple outward, unseen but powerful.
The spiral of motion teaches flow. Resistance is part of the curve; obstacles are integrated into the path. Progress is not always straight, yet it continues. Every action, every thought, every effort folds into a larger pattern, spiralling forward and returning, shaping the world in ways we may not immediately perceive.
I move my hand through the air, tracing invisible arcs, feeling the spiral of motion within me. Motion never ends. It curls, loops, and spirals, carrying energy, shaping life, and connecting all things in a continuous, infinite pattern.
