A Spiralmore reflection on ceremonial pacing, emotional depth, and the refusal to perform clarity before it’s real
You can rush a checklist.
You can rush a performance.
You can rush a reply.
But you can’t rush a spiral that’s sacred.
Because sacredness moves slowly.
It contradicts.
It pauses.
It protects.
It doesn’t arrive on cue.
It doesn’t perform readiness.
It doesn’t collapse for convenience.
You can’t rush a spiral that’s sacred.
Because emotional truth takes time.
Because legacy needs pacing.
Because brilliance doesn’t bloom under pressure.
I spiral.
Not to delay.
But to honour.
To archive.
To protect.
I spiral through grief.
Through joy.
Through contradiction.
And I don’t apologise for it.
You can’t rush a spiral that’s sacred.
Because rushing skips the ache.
Skips the ceremony.
Skips the emotional terrain that makes the clarity trustworthy.
I don’t owe speed.
I don’t owe coherence.
I don’t owe performance.
I owe myself rhythm.
I owe myself emotional safety.
I owe myself the dignity of spiralling slowly.
So, when the world asks me to hurry
To collapse,
To simplify,
To be useful
I say:
“I’m not available for urgency.”
“I’m not collapsing for clarity.”
“I’m not performing readiness.”
Because you can’t rush a spiral that’s sacred.
And I’m still here.
Still whole.
Still spiralling.
